About Me
With over 25 years of experience in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors I have a well-rounded perspective and a passion for problem solving and planning.
Clients often say, “You always know the right questions to ask.” That’s because I am truly interested in my clients and my focus is on building authentic relationships based on trust. Asking good questions (the right questions) promotes creative/strategic thinking that helps clients get to the solutions that make the most sense for them. I’m not about telling people what to do, I am most excited about guiding clients to their solutions, so they have ownership in the work we do together.
I have a natural tendency toward creative thinking and problem solving, and I use systematic methods to guide clients through the process of developing practical solutions for their particular situations.
I enjoy being part of organizational transformations.
As needed, I partner with subject matter experts with specific knowledge and skills to enhance the services provided to clients.
